Job Description Job Overview: Wellness Dental LLC is seeking an experienced General Dentist to join our practice in Webster, MA. This position is ideal for an autonomous clinician who is comfortable managing complete comprehensive patient care without a dedicated dental hygienist.
Key Responsibilities: You will deliver direct clinical care, including dental restorations/fillings, routine cleanings, root canal treatments, and crown placements. You will manage complete diagnosis, treatment planning, and hygiene care independently.
Work Schedule: Working hours and shift arrangements are negotiable. Candidates must hold an active dentist license, possess at least 5 years of clinical experience, and be an active MassHealth provider or willing to become one.
full-time $90 - $115 per hour
Pay is hourly and negotiable based on experience.
Shift & ScheduleWorking Hours: Office operating hours and weekly schedule are negotiable.
Requirements Licensure: Active license to practice dentistry; must be a MassHealth provider or willing to enroll as a MassHealth provider.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical dentistry experience is required.
Scope of Practice: Must perform direct patient care procedures including dental fillings, routine cleanings, root canals, and crowns without working with a dental hygienist.
