Working knowledge of freight forwarders, customs brokers, import documentation, container tracking, and drayage processes. Ability to manage a high-volume individual and group email inbox while ensuring issues are addressed promptly. Strong attention to detail, organization, time management, and follow-through. Ability to adjust priorities quickly in response to shipment delays, schedule changes, and urgent logistics issues. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working with multiple internal departments and external logistics partners. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and basic Excel. High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Qualifications Some college coursework preferred. Experience with imports from Asia preferred.
